- 1/3 cup FRENCH’s Creamy Spread Mustard
- 1/3 cup fat-free sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
- 1 tbsp. white cooking wine
- 2 cups slices red, green or yellow peppers (or combination of all three)
- 1/2 cup sliced red onion
- 2 cups (12 ounces) thin strips white meat, skinless, cooked turkey
- 6 (7 inch) flour tortillas
In small bowl, combine mustard, sour cream, garlic powder, cumin and oregano; set aside. Heat cooking wine in large skillet; cook and stir peppers and onions until tender. Stir in mustard mixture and turkey. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring, until heated through. Spoon about 1/2 cup mixture into center of each tortilla; fold sides over. Serve hot.Yield: 6 servings
