- 4 fresh pears, sliced or cubed (4 cups)
- 1 cup low calorie maple syrup
- 1/3 cup lowfat milk
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Heat pears in large skillet over medium heat until warm. Add syrup, milk and vanilla; heat until bubbly, stirring occasionally. Spoon topping over waffles, French toast, pancakes or cereal.
