- 1/4 cup egg substitute
- 2 tsp. water
- 1 tsp. chopped green onion
- 1/2 English muffin, toasted
- 4 tsp. prepared salsa
- 1 slice fat-free processed cheese, any flavor
In small bowl, beat egg substitute, water and green onion. In small skillet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, add egg mixture and cook until egg is set. Spoon egg mixture onto muffin; top with salsa, then cheese slice. Place on baking sheet; broil until cheese product slice begins to melt. Garnish as desired.
