- 2 8-oz. pkgs. fat-free cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups (8 ozs.) shredded fat-free cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp. chopped pimento
- 1 tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- Dash of ground red pepper
- Chopped pecans
Combine cream cheese and cheddar cheese, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add all remaining ingredients except pecans; mix well. Chill several hours. Shape into a ball; roll in pecans. Serve with crackers.Yield: about 2 cups
